Produced by the Charmat method, the Fantinel spumanti are offered in all their elegance via persistent perlage, intense aromas and tempting flavours which make them perfect for every occasion. Rich in personality, they are produced from grapes of absolute quality and from highly select cultivars.
Vineyard soil: gravelly.
Vinification: off-skins. Sparkling wine-making
Method: Charmat. Long (six months).
Bead: fine and persistent.
Appearance: classic Pink.
Nose: intense, lingering, with hints of red berries and crusty bread.
Palate: attractive and extremely elegant. Ideal serving temperature: 7-8°C. Pairings: as an aperitif or an excellent accompaniment to fish hors d’oeuvres and oysters.
